01. DO PROVIDERS ACCEPT INSURANCE?

Each provider at Kāko‘o Hawai‘i Mental Health Collective (KHMHC) operates independently and autonomously and most accept at least one type of insurance. A majority of KHMHC providers, however, are credentialed with multiple insurance carriers, including HMSA, HMSA Quest, HMAA, Kaiser, Kaiser Quest, and UHA.

02. HOW DO I SCHEDULE WITH A PROVIDER?

Contact the individual provider(s) directly. Each provider manages their own private practice, including, but not limited to, their availability and schedule.

03. HOW DOES KHMHC WORK?

Kāko‘o Hawaii Mental Health Collective (KHMHC) is a community of Native Hawaiian and Indigenous mental health providers in private practice. KHMHC is not a mental health provider and does not see clients or offer direct client services. KHMHC does not facilitate client referrals and has no legal responsibility for the choice a client makes in regard to their provider. Each provider operates independently & autonomously and is responsible for their own private practice, including, but not limited to, scheduling, billing, client care, adherence to the law, practice policies, licensing requirements, etc..
